"CDW" disclaimer
Compliance with the terms of the lease is mandatory for the tenant.
"CDW" does not compensate costs incurred as a result of actions that violate these conditions, namely:
- sloppy driving;
- refueling with the wrong type of fuel;
- being drunk or intoxicated;
- violation of the speed limit, in accordance with the current traffic rules and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, recorded by GPS sensors of "CleanparkRent OOO" (limited liability company).
When you purchase the "CDW" package, in the event of an accident due to your fault, you are exempted from liability for damage to the car! Damage deductible is a multiple of the deposit.
The "CDW" package does not cover services not confirmed by the rental company:

- payment of road assistance;
- expenses for interior cleaning and damage (if they were not received as a result of an accident);
- damage to glass, mirrors and tires.
