To pay for renting a car with a VISA / MasterCard, click on the "Pay" button and follow the instructions below.
Card payment instruction
To make payment by a plastic card of the reserved car and additional services, you need to perform a few simple steps. After agreeing all the conditions and method of booking with the manager, you will be automatically redirected to the secure webpay payment service page. We do not store information about your data. The data of your card you enter on the site www.webpay.by, which provides all the necessary degrees of information security. We are the official partners of webpay and OJSC "Bank BelVEB".
- In the "Reservations and Billing" section, select the method of payment by credit card by clicking the "Pay" button.
- Enter the rental amount in the field, previously agreed with the manager.
- Enter in the field the detailed description of payment (car brand, tariff plan, date and time of booking, number of days of rent, your contact phone number, additional wishes (navigator, child seat, modem, etc.)).
- Enter your e-mail, which will receive a message about the receipt of payment by the webpay system, li>
- Then, by pressing the button "Pay", enter the 16-digit number of your card (form 1234 5678 1234 6789).
- Enter the name according to the spelling of it on your card.
- Choose from the drop-down lists the month and year of expiry of your card (it is indicated on the front side of the card).
- Enter the three-digit code printed on the back of your card.
- Confirm your e-mail to receive a message about the payment acceptance by the webpay system.
Please note that the manager of the rental car "Wheel" within a day after your payment will contact you in a convenient way for you to confirm receipt of payment by hire and clarify your wishes.

QR code
After agreeing all the conditions and method of booking with the manager, for making payments using the QR code of the booked car and additional services, you need to perform a few simple steps:
- Scan any QR-code reader and follow the link.
- Enter the rental amount in the field, previously agreed with the manager.
- Enter in the field the detailed description of payment (car brand, tariff plan, date and time of booking, number of days of rent, your contact phone number, additional wishes (navigator, child seat, modem, etc.)).
- Enter your e-mail, which will receive a message about the receipt of payment by the webpay system,
- Then, by pressing the button "Pay", enter the 16-digit number of your card (form 1234 5678 1234 6789).
- Enter the name according to the spelling of it on your card.
- Choose from the drop-down lists the month and year of expiry of your card (it is indicated on the front side of the card).
- Enter the three-digit code printed on the back of your card.
- Confirm your e-mail to receive a message about the payment acceptance by the webpay system.

Erip "Calculation"
- Go to the site of your bank (Internet banking), select the item "System" Settlement "(ERIP) in the list of services"
- Select the item "Auto-moto purchase, service", and then "IP Kononchuk NN", then "Rent a car".

Booking a car by making a deposit agreed in advance with the manager of the Wheel rental car, you confirm the availability and validity of your driver’s license and that no proceedings are being taken against you regarding the deprivation of a driver’s license.
Cancellation and change of reservation, no-show
Cancellation of a full or partial prepayment:
- If you cancel your reservation no later than 7 days before the start of the rental, the money will be returned to you completely, with the exception of a cancellation penalty of 50 rubles.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the start of the rental, you will be refunded, with the exception of a penalty for cancellation of 70 rubles.
- If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the start of the rental, you will be refunded, with the exception of a cancellation penalty of 100 rubles
- If the prepayment amount is less than 100 rubles, then there is no additional cancellation fee, but a refund is not possible. as well as for unused hours or rental days.
- Reservation cannot be canceled after the start of the rental.
Failure to appear
- If you are not at the pick-up point at the scheduled time;
- If upon receipt of the car you do not have the necessary documents;
The rental company reserves the right to refuse to grant you a car if you are not at the pick-up point at the appointed time with the documents required for the rental, or if you were previously blacklisted by the rental company.
